Warsaw on Christmas

The Christmas-lights system in Warsaw is the biggest in Poland and one of the biggest as well as most impressive in Europe. If it were a single light chain, it would be 680-km long.

For two months, between early December and early February, after it becomes dark, Warsaw shines with thousands of light decorations, 20 km of main streets are decorated with light decorations.

The scenery consists of nearly 4.5 million energy-saving eco-diode LED and almost 1,300 decorative items – lantern illumination, overhangs, garlands, light curtains, icicles and free-standing decoration. 

It`s Poland’s biggest light show. If you missed it this year, come next winter.
